If you’re not satisfied with your fragrance, you can contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Since fragrance is a personal choice, we encourage you to try the perfume before making your final decision. If the product has only been lightly tested and is still in good condition, we’ll review your request and guide you through the return process.

Received a damaged or incorrect product? No worries. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, and we’ll arrange a suitable replacement or resolution.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
